We thought it’d be helpful to give a quick overview of our flexible order and pick-up/delivery process — for new and returning customers alike!
1. Find Your Heirlooms and Pre-order
PRE-SALE for spring orders is now LIVE!
Place your orders on our online store, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Make sure to select your area: Tri-Valley/Pleasanton, Danville/San Ramon, Walnut Creek, or San Luis Obispo.
2. Get Ready for Pick-Up or Delivery
We offer a proven, flexible delivery and pick-up experience for you.
Plants will be ready for pick-up and delivery during the last week of March and the first two weeks of April.
When your order is ready for pick-up at our pop-up site, we will send you a text or email in advance with the pick-up address and time. For delivery customers, we will text or email you in advance of your delivery date with your order’s estimated arrival date and time.
In the event that you can’t make your pick-up or delivery date, we will be flexible and arrange a time that works for your schedule!
Our pop-up sites for pick-up are located in the following cities:
- Walnut Creek
- Danville
- Pleasanton
- San Luis Obispo
3. Get Your Garden On!
Prep your soil, add your Hollister heirlooms to your lovely spring garden, and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
